The NIDAS webinar creates awareness among people especially parents and caregivers of the individuals with disability, and thus provides a platform to share their concerns and clear doubts.

NISH Interactive Disability Awareness Seminar- NIDAS – is a joint initiative of National Institute of Speech & Hearing (NISH) and Directorate of Social justice. Primarily aiming to create basic awareness regarding the management and rehabilitation of differently abled individuals among their parents and caretakers, it also creates a platform for discussion and queries. Being first of its kind and a still flourishing venture, NIDAS have given awareness to around 2000 beneficiaries so far on various disabilities and related issues. Through the detailed one hour session and discussion following it, NIDAS equips the participants on how to manage our special individuals with respect and concern for their needs and wishes. NIDAS stretching out its arms to involve efficient speakers and participants from all walks of life.
