Early and coordinated support is crucial for children with learning disabilities. A team of specialists works together to meet each child’s unique needs: psychologists assess cognitive and learning abilities; speech-language pathologists improve communication and literacy; occupational therapists develop motor and daily living skills. Special educators create personalized learning plans, while social workers guide families to access resources and support. This collaborative approach helps children succeed both in school and in life.
The NIDAS webinar creates awareness among people especially parents and caregivers of the individuals with disability, and thus provides a platform to share their concerns and clear doubts. For more than two years, NIDAS has been successful in creating awareness regarding various aspects of disability and associated issues.
