Stuttering: what to do and what not to do

Stuttering is one of the most common types of speech disorders affecting children and adults. This disorder, which begins between the ages of 2 and 5, can be almost completely cured if treated within the first few years. But limited knowledge about this and parents’ tendency to self-medicate make the child a lifelong victim. This awareness program includes guidelines for persons affected with stuttering and parents of children with stuttering to create more awareness about disability.
